Updated status pages

I've updated the HTML status pages.  Take a particular look at the
writeup of Priority for constructors, section 3.3.4.4; I filled in some
holes when writing it, so it bears close inspection.

Also, please think over the one-time, multi-threaded initialization
some more.  I think Christophe was going to send us a more complete
description of HP's implementation?

Nathan, have you had a chance to look at the RTTI structure
definitions? And Alex was going to go over the mangling examples.

Remember the meeting, Thursday at 10.
