As I understand it, SCO still has the copyright for the System V C gABI,
but Intel (or X/Open or somebody non-SCO) owns the copyright for the Intel 
System V C psABI.

Since the C++ ABI document contains both the generic and processor-specific
parts mixed together (although fairly well flagged in each particular
instance), I don't know who would control it.
