Referene to Ansi C++ EH spec

Hi:
	I think I read that Jim Dehnart is no longer at SGI.  THerefore
where shall I look for the current aCC ABI for language indepandant EH?  Has
a formal ANSI standards committee placed their approval on this, yet?
Is the document at http://reality.sgi.com/dehnert_engr/cxx/ kept up
to date or should I look elsewhere?
