Memories...

In updating the layout document, I realize that my memory is inadequate.
We talked extensively about A-19 (choosing a primary base), and my
cryptic notes suggest that we settled on considering all direct and
indirect virtual bases, but my memory is that we ended up with just
looking at direct ones.  My memory is probably faulty, but can anyone
else confirm?
