The EDG implementation used to have all the ABI-mandated ctors and  
dtors call an underlying "9" routine.  That's no longer the case  
(since January of 2006, in our version).

On the larger issue, I can confirm that we do put each entry point  
into a COMDAT named the same as the routine.
