[cxx-abi-dev] Mangling C++0x Lambdas

I didn't get any reactions on this topic, so I went ahead with writing  
up the ABI changes that I think would make sense.  Diffs attached.

Noteworthy:
   - The "signature" of the lambda is encoded
   - Lambdas in default arguments are encoded only if the default  
argument appears in a function or class definition
