Itanium naming question: Document Titles

Is this a change?  Last I heard, IA-64 was the preferred architecture
name, and Itanium the specific processor name.  The ABI is intended
to apply to the architecture, not just one processor.  I think before
anything is changed, we need a clearer statement of Intel's (modified?)
intent.
