Yup.  The document is there now at:

Alex is working on incorporating the changes that Jim didn't already
get.  (Alex, is that accurate, or are you already done?)

I'll set up a new ABI mailing list, pointing at the old one, and try
to get an archive set up as well so that we can have a better record
of these discussions.
