Hear, hear.  Jim has done a fabulous job of managing the ABI process,
mediating, researching, and doing the necessary legwork to keep the
rest of us on track.  A valuable and under-appreciated skill.

I have no objection to CodeSourcery maintaining the specification
going forward.
