I didn't see any responses to this question, so I'll offer an opinion.

I do think somebody needs to be in charge, and I certainly don't mind
Alex (and thus codesourcery) taking over the work.

I think there might be a problem with the Web location of the
specification;
http://reality.sgi.com/dehnert_engr/cxx/cxx-summary.html is a
well-known location for it, known beyond the ABI working group.  So I
think it is important that this link continues to operate; I'd
appreciate if somebody from SGI could comment on whether there are any
plans to remove Jim's pages from the 'net. In any case, it seems
crucial that whoever takes over management has a chance to modify this
content (of course, the Web offers a number of possible solutions).
