Hi,
The abi header file is named `cxxabi.h', a pedant questions
whether this should be `cxxabi'.

17.4.1.2 implies that we want <cxxabi> for inclusion in C++ and
<cxxabi.h> to export the C parts only. If we're expecting parts
to be callable from C, we'd better make a C grokable file.
