Agenda for 9 March

Following is an updated agenda.  The status pages are updated and on
the web at:

The contact info page is now also there, in password-protected PDF only
for privacy.  The password is "not an orc".

As usual, most of the updates are in the ABI layout document, in color.
Aside from the straightforward resolutions from the last meeting, I've:

 - Made minor changes in the construction vtable writeup based on the
   email.  Non-trifling things are in purple.

 - Added an alphabetized table of the mangling encoding characters to
   start us towards verifying lack of ambiguity.  Its a separate file
   for now, referenced from the layout document.

The agenda is based on these priorities:

  A) Data layout and virtual function calls.

  B) Mangling.

  C) Exception handling.

So, take a look at the material associated with these issues.
I'd like to make significant progress with (1) and (4) in particular.

  1) C-4:  Construction vtables.  This is a significant issue -- please
     look at Coleen's proposal (in the layout document) carefully, if
     you haven't already.

  2) C-11:  Array constructors.  Do the interface descriptions look OK?

  3) C-12:  Return value of constructors.  void?  this?

  4) F-*:  Mangling.

  5) D-12:  Unwind table location.

Issues that are active and awaiting proposals:

  a)  A-24:  Incomplete type RTTI (alternate proposal from Christophe).

  b)  F-*:  Mangling (updated proposal from Daveed).
