Our dialin numbers work like conference rooms -- we reserve them, but
there's no builtin termination of the call when one group's time ends
and the next one ends.  So when this happens (the last two weeks now),
let the group on the line know that their time is up and another call
is beginning.  They'll probably stop quickly enough when they realize
they aren't private anymore :-).
