Just HTML is fine -- but no need to send it, I can retrieve it from
its current location. Better would be an RCS .html,v file if you have
it, or similar, so that the revision history is available.

I will coordinate with you or whomever at SGI is appropriate to link
to the new ABI home when appropriate.
Has anyone given thought to registering cxxabi.org or some similar
domain name for the web site? If people are amenable, I'll take care
of this.
