Messaging methodology

We've just figured out that someone here has had trouble dealing with
my mailings because Netscape tries to display the attached pages,
doesn't find the linked stylesheet at its address on my system,
and complains bitterly.  Is anyone else having trouble?  If so, would
you prefer that I send PDF (or both), which is much bigger?  Or should
I just learn to live without the stylesheets?  (Or, I suppose, does
anyone know how to package up a set of files so Netscape copes
properly?  I imagine image references would present the same issues,
except that absent images are usually just ignored.)
