Updated pages (from 14 October)

Attached is the gzipped tar file for the status pages,
updated for the 14 October meeting.  Thanks to Matt for
taking minutes, which are most of what's included, and
to Daveed for the updated RTTI proposal.  Note that I've
done some editorial modifications to the latter (in
abi-layout.html) -- please look it over.

Tomorrow I'll add Daveed's mangling information (and
followups) and come up with an agenda for Thursday.

The COMDAT and section limitation proposals have been
sent to the base ABI group.
