SGI C++ ABI -- Initial meeting

Let's try to get this effort off the ground, with an initial
meeting on 3 June (Thursday) from 11:00 - 1:00.  We will arrange
a phone bridge and let you all know how to call it, and will set
up a conference room at SGI for anyone who would like to appear
physically (which might not be a bad idea the first time to see
one another's faces once).  Please let me know if you plan to come,
so I can make arrangements, including providing directions.

I'll attach our current issues list, in HTML and PDF, your choice.
After some initial discussion of objectives and procedures, I'll
have someone talk about alternatives for object layout.  If you
have issues and proposals in this area (or any other), please send
them to the list.
