Status page updates

I've posted updates to the status pages to the website (HTML -- I'll
update the PDF shortly).  The most significant changes have to do with
the data layout document.  I've incorporated the clarifications that
Mark brought up, and opened three new issues suggested by them, two
with suggested resolutions in the abi-layout document.  I also removed
a couple of already-answered questions from that document, and put a
section of outstanding questions at the beginning, with pointers to the
relevant text.  Please look all of this over, and comment as appropriate
as soon as you can.

I'll send an agenda next week, but we'll go first for the data layout,
then exceptions, and then whatever active issues we get proposals for.
_Please_, if we're waiting for a proposal/writeup from you, try to get
it out early next week.  If the power goes out at midnight Friday, use
the opportunity on your battery-powered laptop :-).
