C++ ABI Summary

Attached are updates to the issue pages, along with a new one
provided by Sun describing their RTTI/dynamic cast algorithm.
(I haven't just incorporated the latter because of Sun's patent
filing.  Sun should indicate whether they will allow use of their
patent in this ABI -- if not, I presume we'll avoid it.)

Issues B-1 and B-6 remain very much open, and I expect the main
topic of discussion.  Please think over last week's discussion
(which I mentioned only sketchily) and be prepared to talk about
this this week.  If Daveed can get something out on A-6/B-8,
that would be the next priority.  If either Priti or Christophe
can provide an exception model description (PLEASE...), we can
move into those issues.

I am on a jury, and won't be there Thursday (barring a plea
bargain or some such), but Shin will host the meeting.  (I'm
hoping to be done by the next meeting.)

Also, remember that the phone number will change, not this week,
but the next one.  See the summary page.
